Returns within 14 days

You can return any watch within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason. This is your legal right of withdrawal for purchases made online.

How a return works

• Tell us within 14 days of delivery that you are returning the watch, by replying to your order email.
• Send the watch back within 14 days of telling us, in the condition you received it, with everything that came with it.
• The return postage is paid by you. Please send the watch insured and tracked.
• We refund the price, and the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of hearing from you. We may wait until the watch has arrived back with us.

Before you send it

Please wear the watch only as you would to try it on in a shop. Damage or wear beyond that may reduce the refund.
