About this piece
Offered here is a charming vintage Minerva manual-wind dress watch from approximately the late 1940s to early 1950s. It features a striking salmon two-tone sector dial with black Roman numerals, aged dauphine hands with luminous inserts and a red central seconds hand, all signed Minerva. The gold-plated case measures roughly 34mm and is fitted with a brown leather strap and gold-tone pin buckle. The photos show the signed Minerva 17-jewel manual movement with the caseback removed. Condition is honest vintage: the dial shows light aging and minor marks, the case shows wear and some plating loss at the caseback edge, and the leather strap is well worn with cracking and patina. Working condition has not been verified and the watch is sold as-is. No box or papers are included.

Honest vintage condition. The salmon sector dial shows light aging, minor spotting and faint hairlines visible under close inspection but remains attractive and legible. Dauphine hands retain aged luminous inserts. Gold-plated case shows expected wear with some plating loss along the caseback edge and light scuffs; the crystal shows minor surface marks. The brown leather strap is heavily worn with cracking, patina and softening, and the gold-tone buckle shows scratches. The movement is shown and signed Minerva. Working condition not verified; sold as-is. No box or papers.
