Vintage Molnija pocket watch from the USSR featuring a green dial with breguet style numerals and open work hands. This hunter case model has ornate engraved covers in a niello style scroll pattern. The chrome plated case measures about 50mm and houses a manual winding 18 jewel movement. Shows honest age with dial spotting and surface wear on the covers consistent with use. Vintage Soviet Molnija hunter case pocket watch with a green dial and breguet style numerals. The dial shows considerable speckling, spotting and surface aging with some discoloration near the edges. Hands are intact with open work styling. The hinged covers feature ornate scrollwork engraving with niello style detailing, showing surface scratches and softening of the finish from handling. The crown and bow are present. Crystal is acrylic with light haze. Sold as a vintage piece, mechanical condition not fully verified.
