About this piece
Offered here is a vintage Edox manual-wind dress watch from roughly the late 1950s to 1960s. It features a gold-plated case of about 34mm with a snap-on stainless steel back, a silvered dial with applied baton markers, printed Arabic 12 and 6, dauphine hands, and a small seconds sub-dial at 6. The dial is signed with the Edox hourglass logo and INCABLOC. Inside is a 17-jewel Swiss manual-wind movement with Incabloc shock protection, as shown in the photos. The watch comes on a black leather strap with a gold-tone pin buckle. As seen in the photos, the dial shows honest age spotting and light toning, the plating has wear and some brassing on the bezel and lugs, and the strap and case back show normal use. No box or papers are included. Timekeeping is not verified, so we recommend a service.

GoodVisible wear consistent with its age: light scratches, patina, small marks.
Silvered dial shows age with light spotting and minor toning but remains legible with intact markers and printing. Gold-plated case shows visible plating wear and thinning particularly on the bezel edge and lugs, with some brassing. Crystal is clear with only minor marks. The 17-jewel Incabloc movement is present and appears complete but is unverified for timekeeping accuracy. The black leather strap is worn with a gold-tone pin buckle. Steel case back shows surface scratches and edge wear. Sold as an honest, wearable vintage example.
